1. Confidentiality
You are accessing Scillint as an early-access beta tester. This platform, including all features, data, Scill Guide interactions, content, and user experience, is strictly confidential. You agree not to share, publish, screenshot, record, or discuss any aspect of this platform with anyone outside of your immediate family without the express written consent of Scillint Inc.
2. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
By creating an account, you acknowledge that all information you access through this platform including but not limited to product features, Scill Guide capabilities, user interface design, business model, pricing, and any data or analytics constitutes proprietary and trade secret information of Scillint Inc. You agree to hold this information in strict confidence and not disclose it to any third party.
3. Beta Testing Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that this is a beta product that may contain bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behavior. You agree to provide honest feedback and to not hold Scillint Inc. liable for any errors, data loss, or interruptions in service during the testing period.
4. Data Usage
Your interactions with this platform, including journal entries, practice test results, Scill Guide conversations, and usage patterns, may be reviewed by the Scillint team for product improvement purposes during the beta period. All data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
5. Account Approval
All beta accounts require manual approval by the Scillint team before access is granted. Account approval is at the sole discretion of Scillint Inc. Accounts may be revoked at any time during the beta period.
6. Duration
This agreement remains in effect for the duration of the beta testing period and for two (2) years following its conclusion with respect to confidentiality obligations.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
